Anthony J. Dziabo received a BA in chemistry form Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pennsylvania and a MBA degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Mr. Dziabo's experience includes 26 years in product development of personal care, pharmaceutical, medical devices and specialty chemicals, working in manufacturing, quality control, formulations, analytical chemistry, project management, strategic planning, marketing and technical management. He has held senior R&D and business positions in small as well as Fortune 500 companies such as Allergan and Medtronic. Mr. Dziabo holds 23 US patents and numerous foreign patents and is a published author. He has been responsible for the commercialization of over 20 new products in regulated and unregulated markets worldwide resulting in over $200 mm in sales.

Mr. Dziabo’s expertise is in technology development, technology assessment, project management, strategic planning, marketing, technology transfer, process development, QSR and ISO requirements, acquisition evaluation, management of the new product development process and technical staffs and commercialization of new products. He has a global perspective and experience in conducting business and new product launches in the US, Europe, Japan and other Asian countries. Mr. Dziabo has been an invited speaker at industry meetings and symposia addressing MD’s, professionals and stock analysts. Mr. Dziabo is an experienced trainer especially in technology transfer of new products with marketing and sales staffs.
