Frank P. Killey, Ph.D.

Dr. Killey received a BA from Monmouth College and his Ph.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI. His dissertation was on the effects of intraocular gas on intraocular pressure, vitreous volume, and vitreous composition.

Dr. Killey's experience includes over 25 years in product development of personal care, pharmaceutical, and medical devices. He has held senior Executive and R&D positions in small as well as Fortune 500 companies and also spent time in Sales and Marketing. He has been responsible for the commercialization of over 20 new pharmaceutical products in regulated markets worldwide resulting in over $400 mm in sales.

Dr. Killey's expertise is in technology assessment and acquisition evaluation, research and product development, project management, technology transfer, toxicology and safety evaluations, regulatory, management of technical staffs and commercialization of new products. He has a global perspective and experience in conducting business and new product launches in the US, Europe, and Japan. Dr. Killey has been directly involved as a member of an institutional review board (IRB). He is a published author and is an invited speaker at industry meetings and symposia addressing MD's, professionals and stock analysts.
